Jiayuan International held its 2022 annual general meeting of shareholders

On June 9, Jiayuan International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Jiayuan International") held its annual general meeting of shareholders. Six resolutions, including the 2021 annual financial statements, the directors' report and the auditors' report, the re-election of directors and the renewal of auditors, were successfully passed by the overwhelming majority of votes.
