On May 28, 2019, the “2019 Quality Chinese Real Estate Enterprise Award 2019” held a grand award ceremony at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Jiayuan International Group Limited. (2768.HK, hereinafter referred to as “Jiayuan International” or the “Group”) won the “2019 Quality Chinese Real Estate Enterprises Award”. The Group is so honored to receive this award. This is an affirmation to the Group's outstanding achievements in the past year and a recognition by the capital market, industry and the public.

The judging panel of the Quality Chinese Real Estate Enterprises Award consists the members from The Hong Kong Institute of Financial Analysts and Professional Commentators Limited and a number of senior stock commentators. It is based on the overall performance of real estate developers under six judging criteria, namely results performance, corporate prospects, governance practices, project execution, brand image and social responsibility. As such, it aims to assess the performance of the Chinese real estate enterprises in an all-rounded way and to select 2019 quality Chinese real estate companies. The aim is to recognise the outstanding performance of a group of elites in the real estate industry and their contributions to the economic prosperity of Hong Kong and the Mainland China. The award-winning companies include 15 real estate companies including China Overseas Holdings Limited and China Vanke Co., Ltd.
