In June 2016  Better Source International Holdings Limited 2016 annual general meetingat  held at Four Season Hotel. The beginning of the meeting by the President of the Board Shen Yu Hing announced that the General Assembly duly convened. Subsequently, the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Zhou Xiao Nan, under the auspices of the shareholders at the 2015 annual audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the re-election of Directors, general mandates to issue and repurchase shares to the mandate of the audit and the presence of shareholders on a poll.
